Mr. Sangraula is a Graduate in Business Management from Tribhuwan University. He has served more than 15 years in the Multinational Security Industry as Head of Human Resources. He has also attended various trainings relating to human resources management within the country and at international level. Throughout his career, he has recruited more than 10000 personnel.

He has attended highest HR related programs as well as very instrumental in conducting several HR modules. His core expertise lies in the field of recruitment, welfare and professional administration, labour and industrial relations. Mr. Sangraula is well connected and seasoned HR administrator in the market.

He is the permanent member of ‘The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal’. He attended the awareness course of ISO 14001:2004  and OHSAS 18001:2007 delivered by Productivity Management Group.

Mr. Sangraula is now GM- HR Solutions in KTM Security Services and he is based in Companies Kathmandu Office.
